The Personalisation

Our trained stamping artisans operate professional-grade hot foil embossing machines with speed and precision. They handle everything on the day — setup, personalisation, queue management, and breakdown — so your team can focus entirely on conversations and lead capture.
One artisan can personalise one item approximately every 1–1.5 minutes — equating to 40–50 items per hour. This includes logo foiling, individual letter stamping (name or initials), item handling, and quality checking. Additional artisans and machines can be added to increase capacity proportionally for larger events.

Absolutely. We create a custom brass die from your logo artwork and can emboss it across all products without any individual personalisation. This works well for pre-stamped giveaway items. We can also combine your logo with individual names — the choice is yours per item.
Three options: Gold foil — warm, classic, and eye-catching. Colour foil — matched to your exact brand Pantone or hex code. Blind press — a purely tactile, debossed impression with no foil. Understated and increasingly popular at design and tech events. All three finishes are available on both your logo die and individual letter stamping.
Yes — we offer an in-studio pre-production service for orders that don't require a live element. Products are personalised in advance and delivered to your venue ready to hand out. This option has a shorter turnaround and a lower cost than live services. Contact us for details and lead times.
Yes. We can stamp on client-supplied merchandise at no extra cost, provided the items are flat and made of a heat-embossing-suitable material — vegan leather (PU), genuine leather, cork, or canvas. Send us a sample before the event and we'll confirm suitability.
Both work. We supply a full range of premium vegan leather, cork, and canvas accessories at wholesale event rates — browse the catalog. If you order through us, please allow 4–5 weeks lead time for bulk orders. Alternatively, source your own and we'll stamp them on the day.
The service fee includes: logistics within the Netherlands, embossing machine, all foiling materials and custom die, professional artisan operators, setup before the event, and full breakdown after. We need approximately 1.5m × 1m of floor space and one standard 240v power outlet. Events outside the Netherlands may incur a travel supplement.
Absolutely. While we're best known for trade shows and conferences, we regularly work at internal company events, product launches, client hospitality days, and award ceremonies. Any event where you want to give guests a premium personalised keepsake is a fit for us.
