Service 02
A heated die presses your logo and the attendee's name into a luxury leather, cork, or canvas item — in seconds, in front of them. The result: a stand people queue for, a natural lead-capture moment while they wait, and a branded keepsake that lives on every desk for years. We handle setup, personalisation, and breakdown. You handle the conversations.
What You Get
Live hot foil stamping is the most visually compelling thing on any show floor. The moment the die comes down and the gold reveals, people stop mid-stride. One person watching becomes ten. Your stand becomes the one everyone asks about — before lunch.
Your logo in gold on a leather journal. A canvas tote they take to the airport. A card holder that goes to every meeting. Unlike a lanyard or a brochure, a personalised item doesn't get binned — it stays in use, in view, and in front of the people who matter.
The 2–3 minute wait is your window. Badge scan, short conversation, contact added. Just warm leads captured while they're smiling — no chasing required after the event.
There's a difference between receiving a freebie and receiving a gift. An item made live, in front of them, with their name stamped in gold — that's a gift. It creates the kind of genuine goodwill a follow-up email can't manufacture.
Our Materials
Premium PU leather — the look and feel of genuine leather, without compromise. Holds a hot foil impression with clean edges and lasting depth.
Sustainable, tactile, and visually distinct. The foil cuts a clean impression into the cork grain — warm, considered, and luxurious.
Heavyweight canvas elevated from merchandise to memento. Your logo stamped in gold on something they carry every day.
The Personalisation
Beyond your brand mark, every item can be personalised with the attendee's own name or initials — stamped live, in front of them using individual metal type characters arranged and pressed by hand.
The result is something they can't get anywhere else: your brand logo and their name, side by side, on a luxury material they chose.
items stamped per hour
Our hot foil station operates at a comfortable pace of 40–50 personalised items per hour per machine. This includes logo foiling, letter-stamping the name, and quality checking — without rushing the craft.
For events where demand is especially high, we can deploy a second operator and machine. Ask about dual-station setups in your quote.
Plan Your Quantities
Based on our throughput, here are planning benchmarks. We recommend a 10% buffer above expected footfall.
